6. Construction and Mechanical Properties:


6-1 Dimensions: As shown in the outline drawing.


6-2 Stroke Position: As shown in the outline drawing.


6-3 Operating Force: Apply a downward force of less than 0.35N (36gf) to the handle.


6-4 Terminal Strength: Apply a static load of 0.3N (<31gf) to the terminal tip in any direction for 1 minute, repeating this test on each terminal. The terminal should not bend, and the mechanical and electrical properties should show no abnormalities after the test.


6-5 Operating Part Strength: Must withstand 1N for 15 seconds in each direction. (102gf) static load.


6-6 Operating part loosening: Apply a static load of 0.5N (51gf) to the end of the operating part. The loosening amount in each direction should be within 1mm.


6-7 Solderability: Immerse both ends of the terminal in a solder bath at 230±5C for 3±0.5s. After the test, more than 90% of the immersed part should be covered with a solder layer.


6-8 Solderability: Manual soldering temperature controlled at 300±5C for 3±0.5s; automatic soldering temperature controlled at 250±5C for 3±0.5s. After the test, there should be no abnormalities in appearance, mechanical properties, or electrical properties.


7. Electrical Performance


7-1 Contact resistance: Measured with a resistance tester, below 500mΩ.


7-2 Insulation resistance: Apply DC 100V voltage between each terminal mounting pin. The resistance should be above 100MΩ.


7-3 Withstand voltage: Apply AC voltage between each terminal mounting pin. 100V voltage, allowable leakage current of 0.5mA, must withstand 1 minute without breakdown or arcing.


7-4 Flutter and Sliding Noise (Jumping): Measured at a speed of 30mm/s under DC 5V 1mA (resistive load), the voltage variation of flutter and sliding noise should be above 1.5V. For the first two areas (A and C, 10ms each), T1 and T3 should be below 10ms.


Sliding noise (B area): T2 should be below 10ms. At least one T4 should be above 20ms. Areas with sliding noise below 1.5V for more than 250 seconds should be considered as other sliding noise.


8. Environmental Resistance


8-1 Heat Resistance: After 96 hours at +85±2C and 1 hour at normal temperature and humidity, mechanical and electrical properties should be normal, and the contact resistance in item 7-1 should be below 10Ω. The insulation resistance in item 7-2 should be above 10MΩ.


8-2 **Cold Resistance:** After being exposed to -20±2°C for 96 hours and then at normal humidity for 1 hour, the mechanical and electrical properties show no abnormalities, and the contact resistance (item 7-1) is below 10Ω. The insulation resistance (item 7-2) is above 10MΩ.


**8-3 Moisture Resistance:** After being exposed to 40±2°C and 90~95%RH for 96 hours, and then at normal temperature and humidity for 1 hour, the mechanical and electrical properties show no abnormalities, and the contact resistance (item 7-1) is below 10Ω. The insulation resistance (item 7-2) is above 10MΩ.


**8-4 Sulfurization Resistance:** After immersion in a 2% potassium sulfide solution at 15~25°C for 90 seconds, followed by rinsing with clean water, no discoloration is observed upon removal of the sample.


**8-5** Salt spray test: A salt solution concentration of 5 ± 1% (mass percentage) was maintained at 35 ± 2°C for 24 ± 1 hour. After the test, the deposit was rinsed off with water, and no obvious corrosion spots were observed on the metal parts.


9. Durability:


9-1 Lifespan: At DC 5V... In a 1mA resistive load circuit, after 50,000 opening and closing cycles at a rate of 15-20 cycles/min, the mechanical and electrical performance showed no abnormalities. However, the contact resistance (item 7-1) was below 10Ω, and the insulation resistance (item 7-2) was above 10MΩ.


9-2 Vibration Resistance: Using a vibration frequency of 10-55Hz and a scanning time of 1 minute, a logarithmic or approximately linear scanning vibration method was applied to three vertical directions, including the operating direction, with a vibration amplitude of 1.5mm and a vibration frequency of 2H. After the test, the mechanical and electrical performance showed no abnormalities.


9-3 Impact Resistance: After three impact tests in six vertical directions, including the operating direction, with an acceleration of 686m/s (70g) and an action time of 11ms, the mechanical and electrical performance showed no abnormalities.
